Refunds and Cancellations Policy

At Skyset, we are committed to ensuring a positive experience for our clients and customers. Please read the following Refunds and Cancellations policy to understand your rights and our process.
For Design Services:
- Refunds are only available if the cancellation request is made before work on the project has commenced.
- Once the design process begins (including concept creation), refunds will not be issued.
- If the project is canceled due to our inability to meet agreed deadlines, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
For E-Commerce Purchases:
- Refunds are available for eligible products returned in their original condition within 15 days of purchase.
- Products that are damaged, used, or incomplete upon return may not qualify for a refund.
- Digital products (e.g., downloadable designs) are non-refundable unless proven to be defective or inaccessible.
Refund Process:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days via the original payment method.
- Any associated transaction fees (e.g., payment gateway fees) may be deducted from the refund amount.
For Design Services:
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to support@nkcommerceagency.com.
- If a cancellation request is made after work has commenced, the client will be charged for the hours or milestones completed.
- No refunds will be issued for completed work or approved designs.
For E-Commerce Purchases:
- Orders can be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order is shipped, cancellation is not possible, but you may initiate a return.
- Custom or personalized orders cannot be canceled once production begins.
Services or products purchased as part of a promotion or discount offer may not qualify for refunds.
Refunds for special cases (e.g., technical issues or accidental orders) will be considered at our discretion.
